| Stephen is the President/Owner of Otto & Company Residential Real Estate Appraisals. He has over 14 years experience in the Real Estate industry. His extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry, having completed over 10,000 residential appraisals, reviewed over 15,000 residential appraisals, managing and training, coupled with a thorough understanding of ethics, standards, principles and industry requirements, enable him to engage easily and successfully as a team or independently in the Real Estate field. Through facilitating the vast growth of two successful, fast paced Real Estate Appraisal businesses, Stephen has proven his self starter ambitions, and drive for success. As part of acquiring new clientele, ongoing client maintenance, liaising with appraisal management companies, and achieving the highest level of morale amongst staff, he has impartially demonstrated an understanding and empathetic manner in all professional situations. Stephen is also a Director of the London chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), and a member of the Canadian Employment Relocation Council (CERC). |

| Lisa is the Co-Owner of Otto & Company Residential Real Estate Appraisals. She attended University of Western Ontario, where she received her BHSc. degree in 2005. She is the Chief Financial Officer and office manager of Otto & Company Residential Real Estate Appraisals. She has specialized knowledge in the business sector, and has been active in the real estate industry for over 3 years, as her prior work history includes working for a large appraisal firm as an assistant to the AACI. Prior to this, Lisa gained experience in office management working full-time for the Chrysler Canada Corporation for approximately 5 years. Her positive, friendly attitude and specialized knowledge and education continue to be a vital part of Otto & Company. |
